The company will start the moving process in the middlw of May and will have moved all of its employeee by the time the lease on its Merce Island building endsin October. In a separate Coldwell Banker said it will focus on marketingnew construction, an effort that will be incorporated into a new divisio n created by the company.
Whil the division will marketr new construction that has lingered on the markeyt as a result of the Sparkssaid it’s also a step to prepare for new homesz that will be built when the housing market “It will be a largely ignored segment and we want to be in a positioj to take advantage of that,” he said.
