The attorneysa general filed an objection jointly in federal saying that GM is unfairly forcing dealershipz to either modify their agreements or riskbeinhg closed. Suthers also filed an objection separately, citinf a new Colorado law prohibiting auto manufacturers from threatening to cancek or not renew existing dealership agreements if a dealership does not agreee withthe terms.

” Fifteen GM dealerships in Colorado have been informed they will be dropped this year, accordingg to a list released by the Housr Energy and Commerce Committee’s Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigationd earlier this month. The list was basede on information providedby GM. The names of the dealershipa have not beenpublicly revealed.
