But because Delaware only has about 2,000 lawyers and has a strontg set of indigenouslaw firms, the Wilmington markegt has been a tougu one to crack for outsiders, even neighborinv Philadelphia firms. Among Philadelphia firms, Pepped Hamilton and Fox Rothschild have 17 DrinkerBiddle & Reath has 15 and Blank Rome has 13. Saul Ewing said Manning will serveas co-managinv partner of the office with current office managinh partner and real estate lawyer Wendie Stabler.
